German U Boat - World War One

Theoretically Germanys' U-Boats could not have been effectively used against capital ships and
battleships of an enemy nation but against the economy of an enemy state.
The primary objectives of the U-boats in Germany were the merchant convoys bringing food, goods and supplies of war materials to Great Britain.

The difference between U-Boat and Submarine in the English language is well known, whereas in Germany it is unknown as U-Boat refers to any type of submarine.
At the outbreak of war in 1914, including all major navies U-boats in their fleet.
Despite this, the roles of these primitive craft were questioned by leading political and military figures.
The German exception to the submarine relegation was the Deutschland Class of Merchant U-Boats.
In addition, these submarines could carry 700 tons of cargo, travel at 12-13 knots on the surface and 7 knots submerged.
To compare, the standard submarine of World War One measured just over 200 feet in length and displaced less than 1,000 tons on the surface.
The addition of deck guns allowed U-Boats to approach merchant shipping on the surface and signal the merchant ship to stop in order to be searched.
After the search is completed, or crew was allowed to leave the ship. After U-boat that sank the merchant ship with its deck gun.
This had two beneficial roles.
First l merchant crew were unharmed and were able to leave the second precious torpedoes were not used to the ship sink.
Most of Imperial Germanys' submarines had upwards of two deck guns with a three or four-inch calibre, however later submarine types and design warranted the submarine carried larger calibres of guns.
In particular, a unique variant of the U-boat the ability to mines during covert operations dismiss enemy ports and shipping routes.
One such submarine laid one of the mines which sunk the hospital ship Britannic in 1916.

In 1914, Germany had 29 U-Boats in service.
In particular, in September 1914, U-9 sank the out-dated HMS Aboukir, Cressy and Hogue in a single hour!

For the first months of the conflict, U-Boat anti-commerce attacks observed the prize rules of the period by which the treatment of enemy civilian ships and their occupants were staunchly upheld.
The use of surface raiders of commerce shipping was ineffective, thus in February 1915 the Kaiser assented that the waters surrounding Great Britain were to be treated as a warzone.
New instructions for U-Boat captains dictated that they could sink merchant vessels, even neutral ships, without warning.
The U.S. government has said that Germany has taken into account the possible loss of American life.
Despite this the Germany took no notice.
The age of U-boat war had begun! The most infamous sinking of a German U-boat happened in 1915.
On the 7th May 1915, U-20 torpedoed and sank RMS Lusitania.
The sinking claimed lives in 1198 of which 128 Americans.
The sinking sent shockwaves around the world and allied governments.
Furthermore, after investigations, it was confirmed that the Lusitania was carrying ammunition for the allies.

Following the indecisive action between Great Britain's navy and the Imperial German navy off Jutland in 1916, it was necessary for Germany to return to a policy of anti-commerce warfare by U-Boats.
In effect Scheer was convinced that an extreme high rate of shipping losses for the allies would force Britain to sue for peace.
4 million tons of shipping was sunk between October 1916 and January 1917.
Despite this, the political situation has since 31 deteriorated in January 1917, Germany has begun to unrestricted submarine warfare.

Unrestricted warfare was initially very successful.
Despite this, with the introduction of better defenses of shipment, the German increase in stocks and increasing losses German High Command failed strategy in order to destroy sufficient Allied shipping.

From the armistice in November 1918, Germany's armed forces surrendered.
Of the U-boats that had been built, 178 lost and sunk a total of 12,850,814 gross registered tonnage of ships.

World At World War 2 German Victory

Ignoring the well-intended actions, peacekeeping was the English and French, Hitler's attack on Poland, starting deep in the country after its successful initial attack.
The ultimatum delivered by the Allies on September 1st demanded that he withdraw, but when Hitler blatantly ignored the request, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, and France declared war on Germany on September 3rd.

Even with a declaration of war, both the UK and France were still unwilling to do everything they could  to stop Hitler's army, as the memory of World War I was still fresh in their minds.
Their inaction, combined with the Soviet support for Hitler's regime, resulted in Poland's defeat in October 1939.
Aside from seizing German ships and establishing a blockade, Britain and France acted with chiefly defensive strategies.

After aiding the Germans, the Soviets moved through Eastern Europe on their own agenda, seeking to conquer and acquire Baltic states.
Their fights - including a confrontation with Finland - led to the penning of the Moscow Peace Treaty signed on March 12, 1940.  This granted the Soviets the ownership of some Finnish land, but also put an end to their attempts to annex Finland.
In April 1940, fought the Germans and the Allies  one against others in their first major battle.
The Norwegian Campaign, launched independently by both sides, sought to gain control of valuable Swedish resources including iron ore.
After two months, Germany was victorious in the battle to the land claim, although a significant proportion of their military assets, ships and aircraft were destroyed or have to stay in Norway to keep the German control.
Another faction of the German military invaded France and the Low Countries in May, and again quickly secured a victorious position.

Many People Think That U.S Is Gonna Win War On Terrorism?

Believe it or not actually believe about the world that the U.S. is not winning the war against terrorism.
They believe that the world's greatest nation; The United States of America, is being rendered impotent against the international terrorist cells.

Recently an over seas academic thinker came to our online think tank and was discussing this subject and stated; "Now, I am no American either and I must admit America is the present greatest power of the world, both economically and military.
I disagree with that: the USA is obviously the strongest player in the field and they will without doubt win from every regular army in the world.
It seems as if the International Terrorists actually believe this them selves, that they can somehow win against the United States of America.

Indeed not only will we win the war on terror, but the world will be a better place when we do.
Including a better place for all those we can do, doubt.
I say to the terrorists your mission will fail and you manhood will be lost forever and I say to the naysayers; Well watch us win the war on terror.

1953 World War

Produced by George Pál and directed by Byron Haskin from a script by Barre Lyndon, it was a box office hit, mainly for its then innovative special effects.
The spindly looking creatures which pilots are impressive, even though they're barely seen as always it's not what you see that scares you, it's what you don't see; if only movie-makers would learn!.

On the other hand the dialogue is pure 1950s sci-fi, heavy on the tech-talk, short on the characterization.
The acting by and large is either OTT and then some or from the IKEA school of wooden acting.
The Martians are an opponent who is both irresistible and inexorable, presented resistant to human ingenuity, courage and grace.
As a metaphor for Cold War America's view of its mortal enemy, the USSR to which our younger readers might cry, "Who.?", the film works well.

As a representation of Humankind's insignificance in the bigger cosmic picture, where all our traditional attributes, ingenuity, determination and sheer viciousness, count for little the film works better.
After all, is basically dirt and disease, which makes for prospective intruder - a message in a bottle for respectful of our time environment and perhaps even more resonant.

The World War in 1812

The opposing parties in the conflict were the United States of America and the British Empire along with the Canadian Provincial Army.

The American War of Independence, commonly known as the American Revolution established the United States of America as an independent nation on the world map.
This intrusion on the behalf of Great Britain irked the US.
Another aspect that has been set up for the war of 1812, the conflict between the Indians and the United States of America.  America on the question of Indian sovereignty.
The Amerindians became allies of the British during the war in the lure of attaining independent status.
Finally, it was the consistent trade policies between French, British and Americans, including the likelihood of war in 1812 had.
The incompatibility of the trade policies owed their origin to certain laws passed by Napoleon pertaining to British vessels.
As a result of laws that  U.S. economy has suffered a setback as a huge majority of trade was with the    Europe.
Another policy that aggravated the situation was that the British took over all American ships wherein British sailors were on staff.
Also, the War Hawks that formed a part of the Twelfth Congress of the United States of America immensely supported and pushed forward the idea of initiating a war against the British to resolve the contradictory issues.
However, the only consequential aspect of the war was the signing of the Treaty of Ghent on December 24, 1814 between the United States of America and the British Empire.
Also, the British conferred about 10,000,000 acres of land around Lake Superior and Michigan to the United States.
Some aspects of the treaty, such as establishing a neutral ground for the liberation of slaves, Indians and slavery, as promised by the British was not in the original Action Plan.
However, after this war the United States abandoned their conflicts with the Amerindians and made efforts to grant them regular citizenship.
Moreover, this war is an awakening among the leaders of the United States when the war projected lack of potential U.S. military caused when struck against the British.
Consequently, the US stepped up its military policies and started concentrating on enhancing its military strength.

What Will Be The Impact Of War In U.S Economy?

The war in Iraq was one of the most disastrous foreign policy decisions in decades, and citizens throughout the America and the world have watched with horror as politicians and power completely from the rudder.
Some of the primary arguments around the real motivations for war surround the rebuilding effort, and the benefits this would bring to US-based contractors and business owners. However, there are a number of reasons for this argument, is wrong and the war in Iraq has actively punished U.S. economy, in addition to the punishment inflicted on innocent Iraqis and young Americans in the armed forces.

The US invaded Iraq on the grounds of weapons of mass destruction, claiming the Saddam Hussein regime was an imminent threat to world security and were sponsoring and supporting terrorism.
Of course, this has proven to be wrong, but at least there was the access to Iraqi oil reserves and major reconstruction contracts to American contractors would go, right? In reality, this did not happen, and the fiasco of the war in Iraq has led to nothing but bloodshed, with no economic benefit from the invasion.

After the needless destruction of Iraq was completed, the rebuilding effort was to provide employment to American workers and the US economy. But that should not happen.  The projects were outsourced to cheap labour economies to save money, and thanks to NAFTA, any jobs that would've been available for American workers were diverted elsewhere. Then another betrayal by the current government and another lie to the flames of the war effort in Iraq Feed.

While the cost in human lives can never compare, the US government have spent billions of dollars on the war machine for no reason.
Despite the financial benefits that are searched, can U.S. economy continues to struggle against and reconstruction contracts to lower wage economies because of the limitations and provisions of international treaties passed".
For the US people, this represents yet another lie in the Iraq saga, and further undermines the credibility of the current Presidential regime.
Was controversial author and speaker Bob Miller believes that current system was a disaster, the initial decision on Iraq by the diversion of the war contracts and jobs go because of the way in which their stores Interior.

"It is a fact that George W. Bush and Dick Cheney are the purest examples of ideologies and reliability of this group of outlaws and non-American manufacturer of Reich, who as a Republican.
Young Americans, don't be a Big Oil rent-a-cop, don't die for a lie.
When was the war in Iraq is right or wrong decision, whether the Bush regime has deliberately allowed the reconstruction contracts to skid, remain steadfast critic Bob Miller.
What's for sure is that regardless of the ideology behind the Iraq war effort, the number of human lives sacrificed needlessly, particularly of younger Americans and innocent Iraqi citizens, make the position in the Middle East a modern day diplomatic and human crisis.

Winning The War

For the grace that is in God we do not easily know how much the Lord fought for, and won, our souls from bankruptcy.
It is for us not think in this way, of course - that God is with us, having to heal us again.

And this healing restoration is not just via some banal sense for life in eternity - if that could even be considered "banal" - it is healing, flowing and constant, for this life and the days to come, and surely then for the days that have been.
God wants to destroy the hall, on the present and the yeast wounded soul, for all of us - on course for their effect us.

There are two realms of Battle: one where war is over; the other where battles still ensue.
War is over, we can thank God that events have taken place for the salvation of our souls trembling - if we are saved, and Jesus.

"It is finished," bellowed the person of Jesus on the cross.
(John 19:30) But with the war, there are still skirmishes that break out, and an ever-present threat that we are fortunate to be cautious, are one of the blessings of salvation is truer knowledge of good and evil as they pervade.
The subsequent battle aware are now in relation to the act of Satan, which is always present, and at home in this world.
The evil one is sown into the world and is of it a fact we cannot escape.
But it is only through the process of spiritual salvation - the war to an end - that we be aware of the wiles of the devil can.
We're not fearful, just wary.
Satan not only use the attack of Satan, but the world and all its temptations and our desires for start cunning in deceit there are ways he'll ensnare the wisest person.
This is a battle of attrition and almost never completely attack.
We must be on constant guard for the slightest ambush, but then we must also be prepared to accept God's prevailing peace.
This leads to confidence.
